In 2019, R-PCI celebrated 30 years of people, passion and purpose. We underwent a strategic overhaul to modernize our processes and systems with a focus on building on the work of our seasoned team, and consistently striving to exceed client expectations. And we’re already seeing results. R-PCI continues to be galvanized as our experienced team grows. In 2020, we’re excited to announce a new milestone. Effective January 21, 2020, we’re thrilled to introduce our new President & CEO, Ron Main, succeeding Jeff Donohoe who steps down from his role as President.
Ron is a leader in commercial construction with a reputation that excels beyond the highest level of professionalism and integrity in the industry. Building on over 30 years of experience, Ron’s expertise in safety, field operations and project management will propel R-PCI into the next era of our history. Ron joins R-PCI after 17 years at a local construction company where he enjoyed increasing responsibility and had served as Chief Operating Officer since 2012, growing the operation into a prominent, award-winning contractor.
"After thorough succession planning and a comprehensive search process, we’re pleased to partner with the best talent to assume leadership of R-PCI," said Barry Lake, Chairman. "On the heels of R-PCI’s 30th anniversary, and now that we’re entering a new decade, I’ve decided to bring Ron Main in as President & CEO. Ron has been involved in over $1 billion in commercial construction project value over his impressive career. I’m confident that Ron is the trailblazer R-PCI can follow into this new chapter and beyond.”

Ron’s background includes some of the top ENR firms in the Washington D.C. Metro Area.
