Barry Lake

Chairman

Barry Lake is a successful entrepreneur who has started and sold a number of businesses over his career. He acquired R-PCI Construction in 2004 and quickly turned the company into one of Maryland's fastest growing commercial contractors, according to Inc. Magazine and the annual Inc. 500 List of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America. 

Ron Main

President & CEO

Building on over 30 years of experience, Ron Main is a leader in commercial construction with an established reputation grounded in the highest level of professionalism and integrity in the industry. Ron is equipped with mastery in field operations, project management and safety. Prior to his current role, Ron was Chief Operating Officer at another local construction firm where he grew the company into a prominent, award-winning contractor. Ron's background includes experience at some of the top ENR firms in the Washington DC Metro Area. Ron's many achievements include winning numerous ABC Awards, including multiple ABC Excellence in Construction Awards and a national ABC Excellence in Construction Award, USGBC - Maryland's Wintergreen Award of Excellence, among others. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, specializing in Construction Management from the University of Maryland. Ron and his family are residents of the Frederick community.

Chris Greaney

Vice President, Business Development

Chris has a passion for helping clients realize their vision. Boasting 17 years of construction experience, our clients love working with Chris because of his genuine and honest approach. He takes the time to understand each client's specific needs, pain points, business and goals, and offers customized solutions, always with a client first focus. Chris is a member of the Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce and the Frederick Chamber of Commerce.

Rachel Johnson

Vice President, Regional Manager

Rachel has over 12 years of commercial and residential construction experience. Her expertise spans multiple project types, from small interior models to new construction. She's built in the Carolinas, Florida, Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia, and has a comprehensive understanding of all phases of construction. Rachel is a member of CREW Upstate and serves on the board as Communications Chair.

Linda Parks

Executive Director, Strategy & Operations

Linda has a knack for getting things right the first time. Armed with 20+ years of administrative management, internal communications, project and operations management experience, Linda brings unmatched experience to the the R-PCI team.

Liz Crabbs

Controller

Liz is a Certified CPA with over a decade of experience. Liz provides a steady hand to help organize the company’s growth. She owns management oversight and control of all finance and accounting department functions. Liz truly adds first-rate value to our talented crew.

Ernesto Arostegui

Director of Operations

Ernesto is equipped with 28 years of construction experience spanning multiple projects, including interiors, major mechanical and electrical upgrades. Ernesto's background is in general contracting with skills ranging from labor to project management, and estimating upgrades.
